PetSongs is built to be flexible. You only pay for the songs you choose — no subscription required. Songs start from 6.99 in your local currency, and exact pricing is always shown before checkout.

You can apply your coupon code directly in checkout. Look for the “Use code” field, enter your code, and your discount will be applied instantly before you pay.
Can’t find your coupon email?
Try searching your inbox for “PetSongs – Your Coupon Code”. Also check your spam/promotions folders.
You can also find your code in your account
Create (or log in to) a PetSongs account using the same email you used for the purchase. Then go to Account to view your available coupon codes.
If you can’t find your email from Petsongs, it has most likely ended up in Spam, Junk or Trash. Please check those folders first.
You can also try searching your inbox for "Petsongs.io" to see if it shows up.

For receipts, invoices, updating your card, or cancelling/changing your subscription, please use Stripe secure Customer Portal. You’ll receive a one-time code via email to sign in.
For questions about your plan (e.g., upgrades, features, or usage), choose Subscription plan on the contact form and we’ll help you.
