Who we are

Petsongs.io is operated by DLRD Studios AB (559540-7940), Stockholm, Sweden. Billing & buyer support: support@petsongs.io.

Service & Products

We provide a web-based service that generates personalized pet songs, including lyrics, melody, vocals, and audio files, using automated and AI-assisted processes. We offer both one-time purchases and subscription-based access.

Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.

Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• The recurring price and billing frequency are shown at checkout and in your account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via Account → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Failed payments may result in retries and eventual suspension or cancellation of access.
• Prices may change with prior notice where required by law; changes apply only to future billing periods.

Payments (via Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. DLRD Studios AB is the seller and merchant of record for all purchases.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount, including recurring charges for subscriptions, until cancelled. Certain payments may require Strong Customer Authentication (e.g. 3-D Secure).

Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal

Our products constitute digital content. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the Service (for example when song generation begins) and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not available once delivery of digital content has begun, except in cases of billing errors or where required by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@petsongs.io.

Disputes (Chargebacks)

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. You may also dispute a card charge with your card issuer. Payment disputes are handled through Stripe’s process, and the card issuer’s decision is final.

License & Intellectual Property

We (or our licensors) retain all rights in the Service and underlying technology. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your generated song for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. pet details). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content solely to operate, deliver, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, including unlawful activity, infringement, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with system integrity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Analytics & Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising technologies to measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve marketing efficiency. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability & Changes

The Service may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm.

Miscellaneous

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
